We are super excited to announce registrations are now open for the inaugural TOORAK WINTER 3x3 HUSTLE! Everything you need to know is detailed below, so please talk to your kids and register!

What's 3x3 basketball?

Played on a half court, 3x3 basketball is a fast and furious version of the game we all love. Each team comprises four players (three on-court and a sub) and games last for 10 minutes. The game, which debuted at the recent Tokyo Olympics, is great fun for players of all skill levels.

How will the Toorak Winter 3x3 Hustle work?

The competition is open to all Basketball Victoria registered players aged 9 to 15. We will run two competitions - junior (grades 4 - 6) and senior (years 7-10). Teams can be boys only, girls only or mixed.

Every player will be guaranteed three games and we have secured some of the best umpires in the business to officiate. We don't require team managers or coaches for each team, but are seeking volunteers to help with a few roles on the day. Email us or call Tom on 0435 73 257 if you can help.

What are the details?

When: Saturday 2nd July 1pm-4pm

Where: Waverley Basketball Stadium

Who: Basketball Victoria registered players in junior (grades 4-6) and senior teams (grades 7-10)

Cost: $20 per team of four players or $5 for individual entries.

How do I register?

It's simple. Either register as an individual player and get allocated into a team or get four mates together and register your team here.

Parents, if you can speak to your children about organising a team, that would be great. This will be a well-run tournament with a focus on fun, friendships and friendly rivalries!

And for the winning teams, there are some serious cash prizes the Club has put up!

Any questions?

Email us or call Tom Armour on 0435 73 257.
